yonanasWell, it’s starting to get nice and hot out… finally!! So that means time for cold refreshing treats!! But of course we need them to be healthy. I recently received an amazing birthday gift from my family, which makes the task of making healthy treats very easy… so I had to share!!

Dole calls this gadget Yonanas. It is a frozen yogurt maker, and it’s so user friendly. You literally add bananas and your fruit of choice, push it through the device and bam…. delicious dessert!!

There are many different recipes you can make, or you can be creative and come up with your own. So rather then caving and going for the real bad stuff make yourself a Yonana. A ½ cup serving averages at only 100 calories. This is a perfect way to increase your mineral and vitamin intake into your diet!
