I am not recommending marijuana…but rather hemp hearts or hemp seeds!! Hemp hearts are one of nature’s most perfect foods… a super food!! They are a great source of fatty acids that contain both omega 3 and omega 6. They are also very high in B vitamins. Hemp hearts contain 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of omegas per serving!! Sprinkle a few tablespoons of hemp hearts on your morning breakfast and you will immediately notice an increase in energy and you will not be hungry again until lunch.

How to use:
