Recipe:
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 3 tablespoons of goji berries
- 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
Tip: Soak flax seeds and gogi berries in a jar of water in the fridge overnight to thicken
