Alcohol depletes a lot of potassium in your body, which needs to be replaced. So try sipping this amazing banana smoothie to get you feeling better in no time! An added bonus is how delicious it tastes!

Banana-Smoothie-RecipeIngredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • ½ cup of almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • Teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!
