Thank you all for an amazing 2014 and for being part of it! I am so excited for 2015 and all it has in store.
Of course we can’t have a New Year’ss post without talk of resolutions. How many of you stuck with your 2014 resolutions until right now?? Likely no one right!
So how can we fix that?? There is no point in making resolutions we aren’t going to keep!
- First off- don’t make unrealistic goals. Make small reachable goals, this way your more likely to reach them and not get frustrated
- Write your resolutions down- putting them out there in the universe makes it more real
- Re-read them every month or so as a constant reminder and to keep you on track
That being said I am going to do that now and share some of my goals/resolutions.

- Weight loss guides
